Information of data

Data is a general term used to denote any or all facts , number ,letter , symbols , etc  that can be processed or manipulated or produced by a computer .

Technically , data are raw facts and figures , such as order and payment , which are processed into information , such as balance due and quantity on hand . However , in common usage , both data and information are used synonvmously .
